"Where do we start.. from the first moment we met Ryan we just knew there would be no other photographer more suited to capture our day than him.
Such an easy going guy who instantly makes you feel at ease. He listens he cares and his work is by far some of the most emotional moments between a bride and groom we have ever seen.
On the day we had so many guests come up to us and compliment on how well he co ordinates the photos, how good he is with the children and how relaxed and chilled he allows everyone to feel on what is a nerve wracking emotional day.
His work is effortless and flawless!! He isn’t just a photographer he is a storyteller and a master of emotion and “ being in the moment”.
Photos last forever and after all is said and done and the day is behind you to look back and remember how you felt that day by looking at your photos is what’s important, Ryan has given us our love story to reminisce over time and time again.

You don’t get “ just photos” you get the raw feelings straight from the heart into the lense.

“Ryan was nothing short of amazing. We loved having him as our photographer and are so appreciative of how efficient he was. I am very picky when it comes to photos. Dan and I had originally planned our wedding at Fig Tree at Byron - then that burnt down. We then re-booked our wedding for May 2020 in Brisbane, and a global health pandemic occurred. We decided to just elope and we needed a photographer. Ryan was fantastic and responded to my initial query straight away. My husband and I finished the our wedding day, got in the car and Dan turned to me and said "Ryan was great. We were really happy.”

We first saw Ryan in action at a close friends wedding years ago. When we got engaged there was no question about who we wanted as our photographer it was Ryan from Feather and Finch and that wasn’t negotiable for us.

The original date we wanted Ryan was booked out so within seconds we changed our date. It was the best decision we made.
Ryan made us feel comfortable from the very first meeting. We loved his style of photography and his vibe. When it came to our wedding day, we just trusted whatever Ryan wanted to do not once did we think about what photos he was taking or if he captured the moments.

We just enjoyed our day as newlyweds and let Ryan do his thing. Through the whole process Ryan just felt like family, like he was a piece of our puzzle. He told our story and that’s all we ever wanted. The sneak peak photos were incredible, and we are so stoked to re live it all in a few short weeks.
We highly recommend Ryan!! Honestly he made our day everything and more and we can not thank him enough. The most genuine person. When you think about your wedding the only thing you have left after the day is over is the photos. Feather and Finch have now given us a lifetime and more of memories to cherish!!
